Telework National Standard Order

 

The Telework National Standard Order ( Legal Notice 312 of 2008) regulates the rights and working conditions of employees working on Telework; however there is no obligation for employers to allow employees to Telework when this is requested.

 

No such benefits are available in the private sector, except possibly when included in a collective agreement.
